About The Position

The BankNH Pavilion (BNHP) is a top-tier concert venue in the U.S., recognized for high customer and employee satisfaction. Established in 1996 and enhanced by a partnership with Live Nation Entertainment in 2018, BNHP attracts major artists and offers a vibrant summer work environment. We are seeking friendly, self-motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our Parking Department in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
  • Nights, weekends, and potentially holiday work required.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather.
  • Long hours of standing with almost no sitting.
  • Ability to learn the layout of the parking lots and venue.
  • Familiarity with BNHP venue policies and proactivity in enforcing them (e.g., bag sizes, lawn chairs, prohibited items).
  • Commitment to at least 50 percent of shows.
  • Familiarity/comfort with technology such as smartphones.
  • Cash handling experience a plus.
  • Reliable form of transportation and communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Previous experience in a parking attendant or similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with locating their pre-paid parking ticket on smartphones.
  • Direct arriving guest vehicles to the correct purchased lot in an organized, efficient, and welcoming manner.
  • Work closely with BNHP Box Office/Backstage Staff for parking verification.
  • Process pre-paid parking tickets through a ParkHub device.
  • Process new sales by credit card, Apple pay, or cash, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and other staff regarding vehicle direction.
  • Help set up access roads and parking areas with cones, barriers, and delineators prior to ingress and adjust as needed.
  • Keep parking areas clean and orderly to maximize space usage.
  • Enforce tailgating and general parking policies with customers.
  • Report any issues to a Supervisor, such as accidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences.
  • Ensure pedestrian safety by being cognizant of foot traffic.
  • Direct departing guest vehicles to the proper exits in an organized, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Assist in the removal of cones, barriers, and delineators after egress.
  • Enter availability 3 weeks in advance through the ABIMM online system and communicate any changes to the supervisor.
  • Ensure time worked is accurately captured through the ABIMM system.
  • Have reliable transportation and communication.
  • Dress in assigned uniform and safety gear/equipment.
  • Attend all training and meetings as needed.
  • Use a radio in a respectful and concise manner.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
