Parking Operations Team Lead II
About The Position
Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a Parking Operations Team Lead II to join their team. This position will support the parking operations at the Methodist Hospital campus, including the parking and access teams. In addition to performing all duties and tasks of access assistants and parking attendants, the Team Lead will lead and support existing parking operation programs, identifying areas for quality improvements and new processes, and developing them. Their leadership will provide direction and workflow to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for patients and visitors.
Requirements
- FTE 1.0, 40 hours per week.
- Must be available Monday-Friday between 7am-6pm.

- Body mechanic skills.
- Public/personal communications skills.
- Trained in the use of personal computers using spreadsheet and word processing applications.
- Previous work experience in a leadership role.
