About The Position
This position will support the parking operations at Methodist Hospital campus to include the parking and access teams. Along with being able to perform all duties and tasks of access assistants and parking attendants, you will lead and support existing parking operation programs identifying areas for quality improvements, new processes and developing same. Your leadership will provide direction and workflow to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for our patients and visitors.
Requirements
- Ability to perform all duties and tasks of access assistants and parking attendants.
Nice To Haves
- Work experience in customer service
- Patient transport experience
- Body mechanic skills
- Public/personal communications skills
- Trained in the use of personal computers using spreadsheet and word processing applications
- Previous work experience in a leadership role
