The Role: Parking Manager. Location: Roswell, Georgia. Schedule: 40 hours each week, variable schedule (WEEKENDS REQUIRED). Pay: Pay rate depends on experience. Requirements

  • A positive leader who takes pride in doing things right and inspires others
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Friendly, professional attitude and team spirit
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and at least 18 years of age
  • All applicants must submit to and pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR (motor vehicle record) review.

Responsibilities

  • General oversight of self-parking and enforcement operations in downtown Roswell including surface lot, street, and garage locations
  • Lead a team of enforcement and parking attendants with a focus on operational and customer service excellence while fostering a productive, cooperative, and inclusive working environment to maximize morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with clients and team members
  • Create and maintain staff schedules
  • Conduct interviews and hire associates as needed
  • Attend weekly meetings as needed
  • Complete daily activity reports, weekly revenue reports and deposits
  • Immediate response to reports of accidents, incidents or safety concerns.
  • Conduct coaching, counseling and terminations when appropriate, and ensure accountability in meeting performance expectations.
  • Training team members in customer service, safety, and inclusion
  • Monitor assigned areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations
  • Issue parking citations for violations
  • Educate violators on parking rules and enforcement procedures
  • Address and resolve parking-related disputes and complaints
  • Accurately record violations using handheld devices and digital images
  • Compile and submit daily activity reports
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives
  • General Maintenance duties as needed
