US Concerts is seeking a Parking Lot Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of parking attendants, parking vehicles, collaborating with municipalities, and resolving guest issues in the parking lot area at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre.

Requirements

  • One-year previous guest service experience is preferred, with the ability to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Able to offer the necessary time commitment based on event needs, both on event days and non-event days
  • Prior experience managing people is preferred.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to express oneself in a professional, clear, and concise fashion.
  • Position requires constant walking and occasional sitting.
  • Position requires a wide range of availability from May to October.
  • Must be available to work all events.
  • A high school diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a group of parking attendants prior to, during, and following the events at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre.
  • Manage a safe and efficient ingress and egress of guests’ vehicles to minimize traffic.
  • Collaborate with local municipalities regarding traffic patterns and strategies.
  • Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized.
  • Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
  • Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts.
  • Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.
  • Other tasks assigned by the General Manager or Operations Manager.
  • Efficiently schedule staff for events and non-event days
  • Manage and upkeep of all equipment related to the parking department
  • Manage various Supervisors within the department, providing positive leadership
  • Collaborate with various departments within the company to responsibly and effectively manage live events
  • Offer suggestions to upper management following industry standards and best practices for the benefit of a positive fan experience
