Requirements
- Physically able to bend, stoop, and lift heavy objects.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Self-starter.
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English).
Responsibilities
- Perform all cleaning tasks provided on the maintenance checklist. This includes: cleaning the different areas of the parking lot, picking up trash, and cleaning the doors on each floor.
- Install, repair, and remove signs related to the parking area.
- Mark and paint parking spaces and directional markings according to plans, drawings, or sketches.
- Place and/or replace concrete bumpers.
- Sweep trash and debris from all ramp entrances/exits and stairwells.
- Empty all parking lot trash cans.
- Paint posts, equipment, lanes, and any other assigned areas.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the supervisors.
