About The Position

In this vital role, you will manage vehicle flow, assist customers with their parking needs, and ensure a safe, organized environment for all visitors. This paid position offers an engaging opportunity to develop your customer service and operational skills in a fast-paced setting. Must be available Tuesday to Saturday, 5 pm to 1 am.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact politely and professionally with diverse customers.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record; experience driving various vehicle types is advantageous.
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in parking, retail math, or dealership environments is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Direct vehicles into designated parking areas.
- Assist customers with parking, and providing directions or information as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately for parking fees, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting when moving barriers, cones, or equipment to maintain a tidy lot.
- Conduct routine inspections of the parking lot to identify safety hazards or maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to coordinate vehicle movements and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and traffic regulations to promote a secure environment for all visitors.
