About The Position

The Parking Spot is the largest near-airport parking company in the United States with over 40 locations nationwide and over 2,000 team members. The company offers an Employee Ownership Program, allowing team members to receive a direct financial stake in the company's success. Parking Guest Attendants (PGAs) play an essential role in the operation by providing exceptional service to guests during the check-in and check-out process. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $14.50 per hour, plus regular bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language for safety purposes
• Ability to operate Apple technology products including iPhone, iPad tablets
• Comfortable using kiosk system and adapt to technology upgrades and changes
• Ability to work in inclement weather
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds with or without an accommodation

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide quick and pleasant assistance supporting guests at exit and entry lanes
• Answer telephones and assist customers using mobile devices while using our services
• Partner with all team members to provide the best guest experience
• Keep all Parking Guest Attendant work areas neat and clean
• Provide guests with information on the TPS Spot Club program
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management
