About The Position

The Parking Spot is seeking Parking Guest Attendants (PGAs) for overnight, full-time positions. With over 25 years in business, The Parking Spot is the largest near-airport parking company in the United States, employing over 2,000 team members across more than 40 locations. Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language for safety purposes
• Ability to operate Apple technology products including iPhone, iPad tablets
• Comfortable using kiosk system and adapt to technology upgrades and changes
• Ability to work in inclement weather
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds with or without an accommodation

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide quick and pleasant assistance supporting guests at exit and entry lanes
• Answer telephones and assist customers using mobile devices while using our services
• Partner with all team members to provide the best guest experience
• Keep all Parking Guest Attendant work areas neat and clean
• Provide guests with information on the TPS Spot Club program
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management
