Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • One to three months related experience and/or training (if no Diploma or GED).
  • Must be able to read and write Standard English language.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Must be able to write simple correspondence.
  • Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees.
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems.
  • Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleanliness checks each shift of all guest entrances/elevator landings in the entire garage, including emptying ash urns daily and trash receptacles at ½ full or higher, and sweeping litter and cigarette butts.
  • Use a mop or power washer to eliminate stains in common areas from liquid spills and wipe all signage, way finding material, and pay on foot stations with appropriate cleaning solutions.
  • Maintain general cleaning of the garage using a mobile garbage can, broom, and dustpan to remove debris around and between vehicles. Power wash pillars and columns as needed.
  • Wipe all signage and way finding materials at garage vehicular entrances and exits, and clean equipment like gates, gate arms, and card reading equipment.
  • Empty returned guest key receptacles at each garage exit and return them to the Towne Park MOD. Power wash garage entrances and exits as needed.
  • Assist guests with directions and other inquiries, providing information about the surrounding area and attractions.
  • Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA requirements and maintain the security of customer financial and identifying information.
