About The Position

The Garage Parking Customer Service Concierge is responsible for customer service, cash handling, and clerical tasks. This role is a good fit for individuals just entering the workforce or returning with limited experience. Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • Ability to learn software packages appropriate to responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook, Excel
  • General administration skills
  • Excellent computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) Year of prior customer service or similar experience preferred

  • Daily revenue posting
  • Support other personnel as required
  • Post payments on customer accounts
  • Tenant validations and reporting
  • Copy, scan, and fax documents
  • Answer customer Emails phone calls in a timely manner
  • Assure all transactions are accounted for correctly
  • Activate parking access
  • Process vendor invoices.
  • Provide customer service and information to patrons and prep for the next shift
  • Ensure quality service, customer satisfaction, clean facility areas, and a safe work environment
