About The Position

Legacy Parking is a parking operator that manages parking assets for real estate owners across the U.S., including hotels, mixed-use developments, residential towers, and garages. The Facility Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a facility, with a strong emphasis on valet services. This role requires accountability for the guest experience, team management, revenue, damage control, and client relationships. The position is designed for someone who can operate a location like a business owner, focusing on results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience with direct responsibility for staffing, scheduling, and budget.
  • A hospitality mindset; understanding of a five-star guest experience and how to train a team to deliver it.
  • Financial sharpness; ability to own a budget, control cash, and read performance reports.
  • Proven record of holding hourly and supervisory staff to a high standard.
  • Strong organization and follow-through; ability to meet deadlines without constant supervision.
  • Clear, professional communication with clients, guests, and team members.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive and park vehicles as needed.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the property's peak demand.

Nice To Haves

  • Valet management experience strongly preferred.
  • Hotel, hospitality, or high-volume mixed-use experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a polished, hospitality-grade arrival and departure experience for guests.
  • Manage guest flow during peak times by optimizing staffing and team positioning to minimize wait times.
  • Serve as the on-site authority, resolving guest issues promptly and escalating only critical matters.
  • Enforce strict key control, ticketing, and vehicle-handling procedures.
  • Own the damage claims process, including investigation, documentation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective measures.
  • Ensure the operation is in full compliance with OSHA and Legacy safety policies, reporting incidents and near-misses on the same day.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and coach the team to ensure safe driving, careful car handling, and VIP guest treatment.
  • Own the location's budget, controllable expenses, and revenue integrity, including daily deposits, cashier audits, card and bank audits, and ticket reconciliation.
  • Complete daily reporting accurately and on time, including vend analysis, daily summary, and daily business reports.
  • Support rate strategy with market data and on-the-ground insights into demand, events, and competitor pricing.
  • Act as the facility-level point of contact for the property's ownership and management team.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet stand, drive lanes, and parking areas.
  • Keep records accurate across Legacy's platforms.
