Platinum Parking is seeking a Full-Time Parking Facilities Maintenance Porter for a position in Downtown Seattle. Requirements

• Must have own transportation.
• Must have a valid driver's license (DL).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to drive a golf cart.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferred.
• 1 year of cleaning experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including sweeping, trash collection, window cleaning, blowing sidewalks, removing bird waste, and removing graffiti.
• Manage occasional parking payment issues.
• Perform any basic cleaning duties as required.
• Interact with customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Communicate effectively with others.
