About The Position
The Parking Controller position at UTMB Health is responsible for assisting in guiding vehicular traffic and enforcing parking and driving regulations within the University Parking Facilities. This role is crucial for maintaining the order and appearance of parking areas, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing assistance to staff, employees, and visitors.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent.
- No experience is required.
- Valid Texas class C driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance of surface lots and garages by picking up trash, cleaning, and monitoring.
- Patrol parking lots for unauthorized vehicles.
- Observe traffic and parking violations and issue campus citations for infractions.
- Assist staff, employees, and visitors by giving directions and parking information.
- Submit daily activity reports.
- Adhere to internal controls established for the department.
- Perform related duties as required.
