About The Position

The Parking Controller will provide assistance in guiding vehicular traffic and enforcing parking and driving regulations within the University Parking Facilities. This role is crucial for maintaining the appearance and order of the parking areas, ensuring a smooth experience for staff, employees, and visitors.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent.
• No experience is required.
• Valid Texas class C driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance of surface lots and garages as a team member.
• Keep parking facilities clean by picking up trash, cleaning, and monitoring.
• Patrol parking lots to identify and address unauthorized vehicles.
• Observe traffic and parking violations and issue campus citations for infractions.
• Assist staff, employees, and visitors by providing directions and parking information.
• Submit daily activity reports.
• Adhere to internal controls established for the department.
• Perform related duties as required.
