About The Position
Lead a hands-on compliance team at one of Richmond's most established parking management companies. This is a frontline leadership role with real day-to-day authority — you'll set the tone for how our compliance team operates across the city.
Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in parking compliance, security, or a related field
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to reliable transportation
- Strong communicator — comfortable working with clients, contractors, and the public, including in tense moments
- Clear, professional written communication for email correspondence
- Quick to learn new software and hardware, with the ability to train others on it
- Someone organized and dependable who can run a small team without heavy oversight
- Positive, energetic attitude — this role sets the culture for the team
Responsibilities
- Lead daily parking compliance operations, including coverage for major events
- Supervise and mentor a small compliance team — build schedules, coordinate equipment/supplies, and be the go-to for questions in the field
- Own the customer service side of compliance: respond to emails, voicemails, and escalated disputes with professionalism
- Support occasional booting and towing coordination as needed, including vendor communication
- Train new compliance staff on protocols, documentation standards, and handheld enforcement technology
- Help shape compliance policy as the company grows
