About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Parking Cashier who is responsible for cash and electronic transactions with parking customers. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Must be highly detailed and organized.
2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an interactive customer response center.
Must be fluent in English
Must be 18 years of age or older
No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
No experience required; on-the-job training provided

Nice To Haves

Two (2) years of similar experience preferred

Responsibilities

Responding to calls for assistance via an intercom system and telephone.
Monitor cameras for guests and respond to those guests and their needs in a polite and professional manner.
Contact appropriate department for any needs outside the position requirements.
Maintain accurate activity logs.
Other duties as assigned.
