That's why we employ dedicated teams of customer service and sales representatives, and operations personnel to ensure each of our customers are offered the same attention to detail. To support this mission, we are seeking Part-Time Customer Care Representatives to join our inbound contact center team, servicing private K-12 and higher education institutions. In this role, you will provide customer satisfaction through effective and timely resolution of a variety of customer inquiries through phone, chat and email.
