About The Position

This role involves completing customer transactions, delivering excellent customer service, and managing the valet process. The Parking Cashier/Dispatcher needs to have knowledge of parking promotions, fee structures, and State Fee guidelines to accurately collect payments. They will also process keys and tickets for the valet service, coordinating with drivers for efficient vehicle handling. The position also includes promoting outstanding guest relations and performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Two (2) years cashiering experience.
• Ability to manage a cash bank, maintain paperwork in accordance with Accounting Procedures and balance bank with minimal variance at close of shift.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Have knowledge of all parking promotions, parking fee structures, and State Fee guidelines, in order to correctly collect required amounts.
• Process keys and tickets associated with the valet process in a manner which results in the efficient, secure acceptance and retrieval of guests’ vehicles.
• Coordinate the activities of the valet drivers by the prompt and efficient processing of tickets for arriving and departing vehicles.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
• Promotes outstanding guest relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
