About The Position

Manages parking and collects payment for vehicles parked in a designated area. This position is fully outdoors and operates Monday-Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Customer service experience, required.
• Computer skills
• Hand use: grasping, gripping, turning
• Hearing acuity
• Interpreting Data
• Peripheral vision
• Repetitive hand/arm use
• Seeing – Far/near
• Standing

Responsibilities

• Assist the public within the parking areas, providing information and directions.
• Collect parking fees from customers.
• Instruct on the usage of pay-on-foot stations and pay-in-lane stations.
• Operate and maintain parking equipment and gates.
• Provide coverage of lots, garages, and cashier booths.
• Clean and stock parking areas.
• Obtain cash from and place cash in the department vault.
