Legacy Parking is a rapidly growing Parking Management Company looking for hardworking, outgoing, and motivated Parking Attendants to join our Midtown Atlanta team. As a Parking Attendant, you'll be the face of Legacy Parking — delivering exceptional customer experiences from the moment guests arrive to the moment they leave.
Requirements
- Strong customer service experience
- Professional and effective communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Availability to work nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and providing our standard of service (uniform, greeting, problem-solving, and farewell)
- Assisting guests throughout the facility, lanes, and parking office
- Issuing tickets and collecting payments
- Directing traffic efficiently and safely
- Performing light cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Taking on special projects as assigned by management
