About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing traffic flow, processing payments, and ensuring a positive experience for our visitors. You will be the first point of contact for many guests, providing directions and information about our facilities. This is a part-time position with a set weekly schedule, offering opportunities for extra hours.

Requirements

Customer service and courtesy skills are essential.
Ability to communicate, read, and write in English.
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Self-motivated individual with a pleasant personality.
Must enjoy working with people.
Must be a team player.
Must maintain a neat and clean appearance.
No visible tattoos.
Facial hair must be clean or neatly trimmed.
Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work independently in an unsupervised environment.
Must be able to clear a background check.

Nice To Haves

Cashier experience preferred.
Long sleeve uniform shirt available.

Responsibilities

Act as a cashier at the entrance, accepting cash and credit card payments.
Utilize mobile devices for traffic flow management and special event parking.
Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the park facility.
Provide directions to on-site park facilities and parking areas for incoming vehicles.
Report any accidents, observed or suspected park violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Park Ranger and immediate Supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
