About The Position
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Valet Attendants and Parking Attendants to join our team. These roles are vital for providing excellent service and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or valet/parking services is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
- Manage keys and maintain accurate records of vehicle locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries.
- Monitor parking areas for proper vehicle placement and compliance with policies.
- Assist customers with parking-related questions and concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in parking facilities.
- Conduct routine inspections of the parking area.
