About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and efficient parking of vehicles. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. Time 9:00 am to 6:00 pm UNION JOB

Requirements

Proficient driving skills, including experience with manual transmission vehicles.
Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with guests and address their needs.
Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Nice To Haves

Background in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
Previous experience in valet parking or as a delivery driver is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner upon arrival.
Efficiently park and retrieve vehicles while ensuring their safety.
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
Assist guests with any inquiries regarding parking services or facility information.
Provide valet parking services as needed, including operating manual transmission vehicles.
Monitor vehicle flow and ensure compliance with parking regulations.
Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and service quality.
