We are currently seeking a highly visible, proactive, and outgoing Parking Attendant. This role is key to ensuring a smooth guest experience while actively driving traffic into the lot. Role Description: The Parking Attendant performs a variety of tasks to ensure quality guest experience and the smooth operation of the parking facility, exceeding customer and client expectations. Depending on the needs of the location, the team member is responsible for greeting and assisting guests with directions, parking help, and completing car counts.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Able to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be able and willing to work outside in all elements (heat, rain, snow, cold)
Strong confidence and assertiveness in public settings
High energy and comfort working outdoors in all conditions
Outgoing personality — unafraid to engage passing drivers
Dependability and professionalism in guest-facing environments

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm, welcoming presence
Actively engage passing drivers and clearly signal available parking (this may include waving, holding a sign, or using visible body language)
Direct incoming vehicles to open spaces efficiently
Maintain a strong, visible presence at the entrance throughout your shift
Report safety concerns or incidents to the Shift Lead or Operations Manager promptly
