PARKING ATTENDANT SUPERVISOR (VALET PARKING)
About The Position
Grove is situated on 2,700 acres of towering redwood forest in the lower Russian River Valley in Sonoma County. For more than 150 years Club members and their guests have ventured to the Grove to enjoy and partake in the arts, music, literature and drama as well as nature walks and fine dining. Come spend the summer working in this unique and beautiful environment. We offer flexible schedules and excellent hourly wages for a summer only commitment. Spring Jinks: Monday, June 8 thru June 14th, 2026 Summer Encampment: Monday July, 6th thru July 31, 2026 General The Valet Parking Supervisor will work with and supervise the Valet Parking staff. You and your staff are responsible for parking member and guest vehicles in assigned valet parking lots in an organized and safe manner. In this position you will interface with members and guests upon arrival and departure and park or retrieve cars in a safe and timely manner. A successful candidate possesses good organizational and communication skills as well as a friendly professional demeanor.
Requirements
- Clean pants with a belt
- Clean and wrinkle free staff shirt
- Clean shaven
- Staff hat, if desired
- Clean, comfortable tennis shoes
- No facial jewelry is allowed, including tongue piercing.
- A light jacket will be available. You may wear your own sweatshirt/jacket or other outerwear under the provided windbreaker. Sweatshirts with hoods are fine as long as you do not wear the hooded portion.
- Able to organize and supervise a team of individuals.
- Able to drive automatic vehicles.
- Able to lift 40 pounds or more on a regular basis individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- At least 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a current U.S. driver's license with no tickets or accidents within the last three years.
- Successfully complete a background investigation and adhere to the Bohemian Club Drug Policy.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to operate a manual transmission a plus.
