About The Position

Platinum Parking is seeking friendly and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Self Parking Ambassadors at the Children's Hospital Dallas Campus. In this role, you will provide excellent service and directions to patrons, assist with any gate or ticket issues, and ensure a smooth traffic flow. Requirements

• 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand and work outdoors for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
• Reliable access to the internet and transportation
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and directions for patrons of Children's Health
• Assist with transactions/gate/ticket issues as they arise
• Be present, visible, and available to assist with self parking patrons
• Assist parkers with directions and traffic flow
