About The Position

Join the exciting team at Mandalay Bay as a Parking Ambassador and be the first friendly face guests see upon arrival! In this fast-paced role, you’ll deliver exceptional guest service, help manage parking flow, and create a smooth and welcoming resort experience from the moment guests arrive.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 6+ Months of prior relevant guest service experience required

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all arriving guests at parking entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services.
  • Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by following all protocols and using good judgment to assist with regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion and delays.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the property, be knowledgeable of all hotel services/features/offerings, and familiar with local attractions/activities/events in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
  • Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty.
  • Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation.
