About The Position

We are looking for the RIGHT person for the position of Park Worker II to work part-time in our Pro Shop here at the Kentucky Dam Golf Course located at Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park. Nestled in the lake county of Western Kentucky, Kentucky Dam Village’s champion style par 72 golf course accommodates players of all skill levels. With the recent addition of Bermuda grass which has made our greens smooth and fast, repeat golfers and golf groups alike are singing the praises of birdie and eagle putts! We are looking for someone to work for us up to 100 hours per month assisting with the multiple duties in the Pro Shop such as: answering the phone, assisting guests as they arrive, accepting their payment for a round of golf, and assisting with the sale of merchandise. You will monitor operations at the Pro Shop when the Golf Pro is not available and help assure the smooth operations and interactions with our guests. Real knowledge of golf desirable. You will need to have excellent customer service skills along with experience in cash handling and other retail duties. Kentucky Dam Village is a part of the Kentucky Department of Parks.
