In this role, you will be responsible for the cleaning of equipment and all general areas in the waterpark both during and after hours and is expected to maintain a high level of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the waterpark, pools, shower areas, and bathrooms. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Prior experience in a large waterpark, aquatic facility, or recreational operations environment strongly preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age at date of hire
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always.
- Cleanliness of all general areas within the Waterpark.
- Coordinating and delegating daily tasks to the Park Services team.
- Providing coaching, mentoring, and development of associates.
- Must maintain associate confidentiality with all associate records.
- Communicate to the Manager on Duty when tasks are not completed.
- Knowledgeable about all chemicals and supplies used within the Waterpark.
- Being alert and regularly inspecting restrooms and general areas for any hazards or safety risks.
- Scheduling and conducting interviews for Park Services candidates.
- Ensuring compliance from pre-hire to on-the-job training with all Park Services associates.
- Manage associate discipline processes and maintain appropriate documentation standards.
- Physical stamina and endurance to perform duties in an active, high-energy environment.
