About The Position

Lakeland Church is seeking a Part-Time Park Ranger to join their team. This role is the primary point of contact for families visiting Lakeland Park, ensuring every guest has an excellent experience and is shown the love of Christ. This is a non-seasonal position and requires applicants to be 18+ years old. The available shift is Saturday from 8:45 am to 5:45 pm, with up to 4 additional flex hours during the week.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• The ability to actively listen and communicate with kids and adults.
• A friendly and positive attitude.
• A love for families and a desire to model the love of Christ.
• An enthusiastic personality that will encourage guests to have fun.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in childcare or teaching.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and assist them in checking in.
• Represent the Church and be responsible for ensuring that the Park’s guidelines are followed.
• Interact with children and encourage appropriate play.
• Assist with parties and group events.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Feel a call by God to serve in this role.
