Requirements

  • Experience in leading, directing, and training by staff and volunteers.
  • Experience in evaluating work performed by others.
  • Experience using a variety of tools, materials and equipment to maintain and clean park facilities and grounds maintenance, including mowing, landscaping, tree work, and trail maintenance.
  • Knowledge of basic construction and maintenance trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry.
  • Experience in vehicle maintenance, including small/large engine repair and hydraulic systems repair.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, guests, and preparing correspondence/reports.
  • Experience using computers and software applications.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
