Requirements

Experience in leading, directing, and training by staff and volunteers.
Experience in evaluating work performed by others.
Experience using a variety of tools, materials and equipment to maintain and clean park facilities and grounds maintenance, including mowing, landscaping, tree work, and trail maintenance.
Knowledge of basic construction and maintenance trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry.
Experience in vehicle maintenance, including small/large engine repair and hydraulic systems repair.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, guests, and preparing correspondence/reports.
Experience using computers and software applications.
Valid Driver’s License.

Demonstrated experience interacting with park visitors, providing information relating to park rules, park activities, or providing similar customer service activities in a comparable environment.
