About The Position

The Park Manager is responsible for supervising the park employees' daily work activities and serving as a liaison between guests and Kids Empire. This role ensures guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and addressing questions or comments from guests and employees. The Park Manager's primary goal is to ensure guests have an excellent and safe experience while interacting with families and children of all ages.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise park employees' performance in daily work activities.
  • Serve as a contact between guests and Kids Empire.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction, resolve complaints, and address questions or comments.
  • Ensure guests are having an excellent and safe time.
  • Interact with families and children of all ages.
  • Attend to guests quickly, greet them accordingly, and make them feel comfortable.
  • Perform job duties satisfactorily and achieve production goals.
  • Create weekly schedules.
  • Audit schedules, attendance, and timeclocks.
  • Hire qualified employees for available park positions.
  • Handle, manage, and document statements, terminations, resignations, and job abandonment cases.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and multiple park assessments for the park and employees.
  • Train team members to perform key elements of their job duties.
  • Open and close the park.
  • Communicate any guest or employee issues.
  • Operate the check-in process, including having guests sign liability waivers and provide information via an iPad.
  • Operate the front cash counter for receiving payments (cash or card), managing cash flow, registering transactions, and providing change.
  • Operate billing transactions accurately by verifying the amount displayed on the POS.
  • Organize the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream.
  • Manage birthday party bookings and setups, ensuring customer satisfaction during events.
  • Manage third-party vendor supplies, orders, or requests.
  • Work closely with all corporate teams and communicate via proper company channels.
  • Check snack inventory and order snacks from specified vendors to replenish stock.
  • Walk the floor regularly to monitor for unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Clean restrooms and sanitize all park structures (tables, chairs, playground structures).
  • Schedule and coordinate family events and assist in their efficient operation.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with development.
  • Ensure correct quantities arrive.
  • Speak with suppliers and third parties.
  • Set up time and attendance.
  • Conduct Amazon accounts audits nationally among all KE parks.
  • Provide services assistance for operations chats.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
