About The Position
Urban Air Adventure Park – Columbus is looking for a dependable, hands-on leader who can help manage daily park operations while keeping our attractions safe and running smoothly.
Requirements
- Are 18 years or older
- Have leadership, supervisory, mechanical, or maintenance experience
- Are dependable and self-motivated
- Enjoy troubleshooting and solving problems
- Are comfortable working with your hands
- Can work some nights, weekends, and holidays
- Work well in a fast-paced, team environment
Nice To Haves
- Military experience and transferable leadership, mechanical, technical, and maintenance skills are welcomed and valued.
Responsibilities
- Help open and close the Park
- Supervise and support team members
- Provide excellent guest service
- Help maintain a positive team environment
- Promote and enforce Park safety
- Perform routine attraction inspections
- Assist with preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Identify and report safety or maintenance concerns
- Maintain maintenance records, tools, and parts
