Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial kitchens
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Commitment to cleanliness and food safety
- Serve-safe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Four years of food preparation experience in salads, vegetables, or meats.
- Two years of the required experience must include management or supervision in a large-scale institutional or commercial full-service restaurant or state resort park food facility.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food prep
- Plan and execute menus for guests and special events
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory and assist with staff scheduling
- Work closely with the Food Operations Manager on kitchen performance and staffing
