Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Graduation from a high school or GED equivalent
- Possess a valid motor vehicle license with acceptable history
- Ability to perform the essential duties of the job such as park patrol & trash removal
- Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Background check and other pre-employment screening as determined by the City
- Availability that includes a variety of shifts, days, and weekends
- Applicants are subject to a nicotine test in the final step of the hiring process. Those who test positive for nicotine from tobacco use may reapply for employment after six months.
Responsibilities
- Supervise events and functions in Hawk Woods Lodge
- Maintain the lodge and surrounding property
- Remove trash and litter
- Handle renters of the cabins
- Organizing, inventory and stocking of supplies
- Cleaning the lodge and cabins after rentals
