About The Position

We are specifically looking for team members who are available to work morning shifts, leading our Parent/Child classes. These classes are a special part of what we do—helping little ones and their caregivers learn and grow together! You’ll help kids grow in confidence every single day. You’ll stay active—this is not a desk job! You’ll build meaningful relationships with families in your community. You get paid to have fun (yes, sometimes that means acting like a dinosaur). We take fun seriously—but we take our impact on kids even more seriously. The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. We are looking for fun, outgoing, talented individuals who are looking to make a difference in their community.

Requirements

Available for morning shifts

Nice To Haves

Experience in child development

Responsibilities

Lead engaging parent/child classes that introduce little ones to the serious fun of learning and play
Teach amazing classes using our proven curriculum (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
Create a warm, safe, and energetic environment where both kids and parents feel welcome
Provide outstanding customer service—we treat our members like family
Bring energy, enthusiasm, and consistency to every class, every week
