About The Position

This role involves the accurate and efficient processing of parcel shipments. Key responsibilities include verifying order contents against order forms, ensuring all requested modifications are completed, and preparing packages for shipment. The position requires attention to detail in selecting appropriate packaging, weighing shipments, and applying correct labels. The individual will also be responsible for including necessary documentation and performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Ability to scan order forms.
• Attention to detail for comparing product contents with order forms.
• Skill in verifying and executing post-pick modifications.
• Proficiency in selecting appropriate packaging sizes (boxes or bags).
• Ability to weigh packages accurately.
• Capability to select and apply correct shipping labels.
• Understanding of shipping procedures and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Scan order forms and verify product contents against the order.
• Ensure all post-pick modifications requested on the order form have been completed.
• Include proper written materials and paperwork with shipments.
• Select the correct size box or bag for customer shipment.
• Weigh packed boxes for shipping charge calculation.
• Select and attach the proper shipping label to the box.
• Perform other work-related duties as requested by Outbound Supervisor and Managers.
