Responsibilities

Consistently meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy, quality standards, and adherence to project timelines.
Analyze aerial imagery to identify and verify changes in property characteristics, structures, outbuildings, and land use.
Conduct comprehensive parcel inventories, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of property data.
Enter and update parcel data in client CAMA systems and internal tools, as applicable to project requirements.
Review and update existing dwelling sketches using PDF editing tools to reflect structural changes or corrections.
Verify and update land classifications to accurately reflect the property’s class and actual use.
Review parcel records for discrepancies and escalate unclear or inconsistent data for further review when needed.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive property data.
Ensure assigned work is completed in accordance with project guidelines, client requirements, and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support workflow, quality, and project completion.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve data quality, workflows, and processes.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company-wide initiatives as required.
