We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Paraprofessional to join the team in our Richmond office. Due to the nature of this role, this position is considered 100% on-site which means it must be consistently performed at an assigned CohnReznick office location and requires daily commute to the office location.

Requirements

  • Active Life Insurance License required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and anticipating needs.
  • High degree of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in wealth management, financial planning, insurance operations, or financial services is strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in supporting wealth management, financial planning, insurance, banking, or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Join CohnReznick’s National Growing Wealth Management & Life Insurance Practice as the Right Hand to the Sole Managing Director.
  • Serve as the primary operational, administrative, client service, and business development partner to the Managing Director of the growing CohnReznick Wealth Management practice.
  • Become the central hub of the practice, ensuring that clients receive a first-class experience while managing the day-to-day operations of a sophisticated wealth management and insurance business.
  • Manage the extensive travel of the Managing Director throughout the United States meeting with clients, prospects, CPAs, attorneys, and business owners.
