About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Education Support Professional for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year in the Maple Grove, MN area. This is a 1:1 Education Support Professional role in an elementary school setting, focusing on behavior support. Requirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent, or 2 years post secondary and at least 60 completed credits OR Paraprofessional Credential through Minnesota Department of Education (such as passing score on ParaPro or ParaEducator Assessments or credentialed on the PELSB rubric)
- 3 references required before interview
- Background with behavior support required

- Previous experience working in the school setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 education support in an elementary school setting.
