About The Position
Kids First is seeking passionate individuals to join their ABA Company in NYC. They are looking for Paraprofessionals, Behavior Technicians, Teacher Assistants, DSPs, School Aides, and Childcare Professionals who enjoy working with children and want a meaningful career where they can make a difference.
Requirements
- Experience working with children preferred
- Reliable, patient, and motivated individuals
- Availability during after-school hours and Sundays
- English required
Nice To Haves
- Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Support skill development and positive behaviors
- Work closely with experienced BCBAs
