About The Position

Requirements
- Associates degree or higher with experience in a school setting
- Completed at least two years of post-secondary study
- Successfully completed a state or locally developed assessment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with teachers in order to provide instructional support and assistance in all activities throughout the school day.
- May monitor/assist with study hall, recess, lunch, and other activities under direction of teacher.
- Facilitate groups.
- Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of all student information.
- Provides clerical, technological, and data support for administration/guidance.
- Assists in obtaining and documenting prior school history.
- Provides assistance in confirmation of grade levels.
- Provides assistance in the coordination of student scheduling.
- Maintains records of class loads.
- Reviews report cards, mid-term reports, GPA, and transcripts for accuracy.
