About The Position
This is a Full-Time Position for the Early Care and Education Programs, specifically within the Full-Day/Full-Year Program. The role involves establishing a positive and nurturing relationship with children. The position is located at 3735 Stephen Dr. North Highlands, CA 95660 and requires working 8.0 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children with exceptional needs and/or disabilities.
- Fingerprint and criminal clearance required.
- Pre-employment physical and current TB clearance required.
- Must have a clean driving record, a valid CA. Driver License, Registered and Insured Vehicle.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
Nice To Haves
- Preference to be given to applicants with 3 or more Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or related field college semester units with grade C or better.
- Paraprofessional II must have 6 ECE, CD, or related field college semester units and two years of work experience as a Paraprofessional or equivalent.
- Preference is given for experience working with children with exceptional needs and/or disabilities.
