About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is looking for Special Education Paraprofessionals for the upcoming school year in the Greater Anoka, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. This is a temporary position for the beginning of the 2026-2027 School Year, running from August to November 2026. The roles are at the elementary level and located in the Greater Anoka, MN area. This is an in-person, full-time position with 32.5 paid hours per week.
Requirements
- Requires either 60 college credits or a ParaPro certificate
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Associates Degree or equivalent, or 2 years post secondary and at least 60 completed credits OR Paraprofessional Credential through Minnesota Department of Education (such as passing score on ParaPro or ParaEducator Assessments or credentialed on the PELSB rubric)
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in the school setting preferred
