Paraprofessional (RISE Program) - Long Term Substitute
About The Position
The Wachusett Regional School District is seeking a Paraprofessional for the RISE Program at Glenwood Elementary School. This is a long-term substitute position with an immediate start, expected to last until approximately November 24, 2026. The role involves providing instructional support to teaching staff, working one-on-one and in group settings with students to achieve curriculum goals, and assisting in creating a safe and productive learning environment. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- experience working with children in academic support roles desired
Responsibilities
- Working one on one with students and in group settings to ensure curriculum goals are achieved
- Support Teaching and other building staff in creating a safe and productive learning environment for all students
- Assisting in both academic opportunities and or other assistance that enhances student success
