About The Position

Stockbridge Junior Senior High School is seeking a Lunch Paraprofessional to supervise student lunches. This is a part-time position, working 1.5 hours per day from 10:45 AM to 12:15 PM. The pay rate is per the SMESPA Contract.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Demonstrated aptitude and competency in interacting with students and adults
• Ability to work successfully with minimal direct supervision

Responsibilities

• Supervise all student lunches
• Maintain awareness of all students and surroundings at all times.
• Assist with transitions to and from lunch.
• Communicate significant concerns, injuries, behavioral issues, or incidents to appropriate school staff.
• Able to establish positive relationships with students while maintaining appropriate boundaries and expectations.
• Other duties as assigned
