About The Position

Lionsgate is a Public Charter School that specializes in educating students with Autism or other learning differences and offers more than a typical school. Grades 7–12 Provide student support in the classroom and community Collaborative and supportive environment Work is fun and rewarding Work 8 hrs/day (7:45a - 4:15p) , 9 months/yr, summers off

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to operate a computer and the software necessary to complete the required job tasks

Nice To Haves

• 2 year degree or a minimum of 60 college credits OR successful completion of the ParaPro exam
• We partner with staff to meet Highly Qualified requirements
• Knowledge and experience working with students on the autism spectrum and low incidence disabilities
• One year previous experience in a middle school or high school setting
• Valid driver’s license/ability to transport students via school vehicle (must have 3 or less moving violations in the last three years and no DWI/DUI convictions within the past 5 years).
• Knowledge and experience working with Google Apps
