About The Position
This is a ten (10) month position for a Paraprofessional in the Behavioral Disabilities Classroom at Mountain View Elementary School. The role is effective August 31, 2026, for the 2026-2027 school year. The daily schedule is seven (7) hours and ten (10) minutes per day.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- College-level coursework in education or related field
- Successful experience working with children
- Knowledge of child growth and development and appropriate classroom practices
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with ASD children preferred
- Teacher certification preferred
