You’ll assist advisors by preparing for meetings, conducting investment research, and coordinating prospect interactions, all while delivering exceptional client service. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced, financial industry setting
  • Series 65 or equivalent investment advisory license required
  • Experience with eMoney or similar planning software and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Friendly, professional manner and enjoys client interaction
  • Loves staying behind the scenes and nurturing client relationships
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic, maturity, and positive attitude
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Seeking long-term employment

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Financial Plans, Investment Allocation models, Insurance proposals, and presentations for client meetings
  • Utilize websites and software to obtain client and product information
  • Compare existing solutions to those currently available in the marketplace
  • Establish and maintain detailed client files
  • Prepare client correspondence, including letters and emails
  • Fulfill routine client service requests, resolve inquiries, and escalate cases when appropriate
  • Assist in client meetings
